Roasted Salsa Verde
Ingredients
- 8 tomatillos, diced
- 2 jalapenos, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 yellow onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3 tbsp Crove Fajita Rub
Directions
Start with tomatillo, jalapenos, and a white onion. (Roast all ingredients over an open fire to help balance out the acidity and add an amazing smoky flavor to your dish)
Lay ingredients right over the fire, making sure to get all sides.
Add all roasted ingredients along with garlic, lime juice, cilanto and Crove fajita rub to a blender. Fire that blender up and take a nice long drink from your beverage of choice.
This goes great on all dishes but we suggest either chicken, beef, or venison tacos
